Job Summary

Define and execute integrated worldwide communication and content initiatives that support HP Additive Manufacturing’s marketing priorities. Own consistent messaging across internal and external audiences, including executive positioning, brand visibility, thought leadership, and digital content. Lead internal communications and employee engagement programs, partnering with worldwide marketing, leadership, product management, sales, and cross-functional stakeholders. Track communication and engagement performance, continually improve content effectiveness, and support campaigns, events, and multimedia initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute communication strategies aligned with worldwide marketing priorities and business objectives.
•Develop messaging, storytelling, and content for product, brand, and thought leadership initiatives, ensuring consistency across audiences, channels, and geographies.
•Lead digital content and executive positioning initiatives, including editorial calendars and content performance optimization.
•Manage internal communications programs and employee engagement and recognition initiatives aligned with corporate messaging and branding standards.
•Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and leadership to support campaigns, events, and multimedia initiatives while tracking engagement and communication metrics for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Engineering background or a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
•Approximately 3 years of experience in product marketing, channel marketing, or similar B2B marketing roles.
•Prior experience working with HP marketing teams, processes, and systems is strongly preferred.
•Strong knowledge of and experience with 3D printing/additive manufacturing is a plus.
•Ability to define messaging and storytelling that support product, brand, and thought leadership initiatives.
