Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver AI-powered products with a cross-functional team, contributing to agentic AI platform architecture and canonical APIs.
  • •Standardize and automate agentic workflows by evaluating agentic frameworks and hardening/blending patterns for enterprise SLAs adoption.
  • •Build developer experience tooling including a GenAI SDK, CLI, and starter kits to enable secure, observable agentic workflows.
  • •Own trust and safety capabilities such as central guardrail services (prompt firewalls, content-filter hooks, red team harnesses, audit APIs) to prevent Sev4 incidents.
  • •Optimize agent orchestration performance and cost, and run Helm charts/operators/CRDs to auto-scale agents to tenant SLAs while mentoring and evangelizing the platform vision.

Salary: USD 286,200 - 326,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or AI plus 10+ years developing AI/ML algorithms or technologies, or a Master’s degree plus 8+ years developing AI/ML algorithms or technologies.
  • •10+ years programming with Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
  • •9+ years deploying scalable, responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • •2+ years supporting agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen).
  • •Demonstrated experience architecting and leading/mentoring across multiple engineering teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders up to the VP level.
