Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage multiple concurrent projects for Appnovation’s global clients, including timelines, budgets, and cost control to stay within or under budget.
  • •Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups; facilitate internal communications and serve as the point of contact for external stakeholders.
  • •Work with Product Owners on backlog grooming and handling new requests, and estimate and track project velocity, costs, resource plans, and risks.
  • •Coach team members in Agile frameworks and guide teams toward higher scrum maturity; resolve conflicts and remove obstacles to implement changes effectively.
  • •Ensure sprint deliverables meet high quality standards and identify and recommend process improvements for project delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •3-4 years of Agile Project Management or proven Scrum Master experience running multiple concurrent scrum teams in a digital agency, professional services, or consulting environment.
  • •Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts such as definition of done, user stories, backlog refinement, and automated testing.
  • •Must have Scrum Master Certification or hands-on Agile experience that can be described in detail.
  • •Strong English written and verbal communication skills to communicate across different organizational levels.
  • •Exceptional planning, organizational, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.
