Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform systems engineering activities for one or more technical domain areas as an individual contributor on missile defense programs.
  • •Work across system-of-systems, system, subsystem, and component levels to address complex technical challenges.
  • •Support architecture, requirements, interface definition, and modeling & simulation work for radar and effector systems.
  • •Develop and code system models, algorithms, test vectors, and evaluation tools to analyze radar requirements and performance.
  • •Collaborate with distributed teams and interface with customers to lead technical solutions to complex user needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and at least 2 years of prior relevant experience.
  • •Experience with Missile Defense Systems or related systems engineering.
  • •Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience.
  • •Experience developing, documenting, and maintaining system/subsystem requirements and/or designing system-level software architecture.
  • •Experience with risk and opportunity analysis and strong written and verbal communication skills.
