Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and maintain the Kinston plant governance structure, including KPI cascade and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) performance routines using tools such as CVAT and Skywise.
  • •Oversee operational transformation and competitiveness initiatives, collaborating with Finance on cost reduction trajectory monitoring aligned to the Sparrow program.
  • •Direct tier-1 strategic initiatives and complex plant-wide projects for the General Manager; act as Recovery Manager to mobilize teams and restore baseline performance during disruptions.
  • •Draft executive briefings, tactical status reports, and strategic presentations for Senior Vice Presidents (SVPs) and Executive Vice Presidents (EVPs).
  • •Act as the central operational liaison between General Manager/VP and key functional departments, representing plant leadership in regional working groups and operational committees.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, manufacturing, or related industrial discipline (or equivalent manufacturing experience).
  • •8+ years of professional experience in aerospace, complex manufacturing, or high-level industrial engineering, coordinating cross-functional projects.
  • •Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes, industrial performance metrics, operational recovery frameworks, and project management methodologies.
  • •Strong business acumen to support financial budget reviews and analyze operational data.
  • •Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for board-level executive briefings and presenting complex operational data.
