Job Summary

Provide professional customer service in the Bank’s Customer Service Center by handling customer calls, resolving questions and complaints, and explaining bank products and services. You will assist customers with accounts and financial products (checking, savings, time deposits, IRAs, loans, safe deposit boxes, debit and credit cards, and internet banking) while meeting call quality standards and following bank policies to maintain the bank’s reputation.

•Handle complaints professionally and present/explain bank products and services to meet customer financial needs.
•Maintain call quality goals, uphold bank policies, and keep the work area clean and secure while maintaining customer information privacy.

Key Requirements

•Associate degree or two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
•1 year of customer service experience.
•Preferred knowledge of bank products, services, and policies/procedures.
•Excellent communication and public relations skills, plus strong computer skills.
•Well organized; ability to work well under pressure and work overtime as needed.
