Key Responsibilities

  • ā€¢Advance the frontier of RL methods and AI alignment through cutting-edge research to improve capabilities of general-purpose agents
  • ā€¢Contribute to training intelligent, aligned agents and the systems powering state-of-the-art models
  • ā€¢Iterate quickly on research ideas and implement them in scalable ML codebases
  • ā€¢Collaborate with the RL/Reasoning team to push the boundaries of existing models and generative systems
  • ā€¢Engage in principled experiments and analysis to derive trustworthy conclusions that scale to production environments

Key Requirements

  • ā€¢Background in reinforcement learning research and a track record of coding effectively in ML settings
