Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the full lifecycle of RCM, including EOB review, payment posting, correspondence review, bad debt, appeals, denial management, and accounts receivable.
  • •Meet daily productivity targets for RCM processing.
  • •Solve complex scope-wise problems with little or no supervision from the lead.
  • •Interact with key stakeholders and communicate clearly to support billing workflow.
  • •Develop deep knowledge of business processes and troubleshoot deployment/environment issues across multiple projects.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of industry experience.
  • •2+ years of experience in relevant billing functions within RCM.
  • •Proficiency in Excel and typing (30 words per minute+ with 90%+ accuracy).
