Residential Loan Officer

Build and grow customer relationships by guiding borrowers through the residential mortgage application process. Conduct compliant pre-qualification interviews, manage applications from origination through processing, and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective borrowers. Partner with customers to identify additional banking needs, promote community mortgage programs, and collaborate with internal processing teams to support timely closings. Maintain accurate records and reports for loan origination and customer activity.
