Key Responsibilities

  • •Process a high volume of check deposits efficiently in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • •Monitor and manage daily transaction queues, researching and resolving discrepancies and inquiries from intake to resolution.
  • •Act as a primary contact for advisors, their staff, and clients across phone, email, and internal systems with clear updates.
  • •Partner with clearing firm and internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Technology, Advisor Services) to facilitate transactions and resolve issues.
  • •Identify opportunities to continuously improve efficiency, accuracy, and the client experience within cashiering operations.
