•Coach and manage Sales Leads and Sales Associates, assessing performance and providing timely feedback and targeted coaching.
•Prepare weekly schedules aligned with peak sales hours to optimize customer coverage and payroll efficiency.
•Oversee inventory management (replenishment, cycle counts, backstock accuracy) and loss prevention practices.
•Maintain compliance with Pandora and Macy’s operational, security, POS, and loss prevention policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Sales Lead, Assistant Manager, or equivalent supervisory role in fast-paced retail, ideally fashion, luxury, or jewelry retail.
•Experience coaching and developing teams through advanced sales techniques, product knowledge, and brand standards training.
•Business acumen and analytical thinking to drive positive results and achieve comp sales and transaction targets.
•Proven recruiting and talent development skills, including succession planning and internal mobility.
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
