Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues using data from many equipment makes/models.
  • •Perform safe maintenance and repairs on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer equipment/tools.
  • •Maintain complete and timely electronic documentation/work orders and keep service-parts/pickup-and-delivery support as needed.
  • •Assist in training lower level technicians when required.
  • •When required, travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance and maintain a clean, professional service vehicle.

  • •Own tools applicable to the position and demonstrate advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
  • •Have extensive knowledge of construction equipment and an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Provide superior customer service and teamwork with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Have a high school diploma and trade school certificate preferred.
