Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic leadership for large-scale power generation projects across the full lifecycle from handover through commissioning and final acceptance.
  • •Serve as primary escalation point for commercial, operational, and contractual matters while building relationships with customer leadership and key stakeholders.
  • •Own project financial performance, including revenue, margin, cash collection, and forecasting; lead reviews and drive profitability improvements.
  • •Establish risk and opportunity management strategies to identify and mitigate technical, commercial, supply chain, and execution risks.
  • •Lead cross-functional execution and site commissioning support, mentoring project managers and teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

  • •Proven delivery of large capital projects meeting financial, schedule, quality, and customer objectives.
  • •Strong commercial management capabilities including contract administration, claims, and change order execution.
  • •Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience, including executive-level customer relationship management.
