Job Summary

Join a fast-scaling, AI-powered remote sales team as an SDR, prospecting and qualifying leads to create sales-ready opportunities. You’ll run high-volume, multi-channel outreach, tailor messages to prospect goals, partner with Account Executives to schedule calls and demos, and conduct discovery to map stakeholders—driving pipeline and meeting/exceeding quotas in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities and serve as the first point of contact for prospects evaluating Wing.
•Run high-volume, multi-channel outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn, events) and make strategic outbound touches daily to build pipeline and exceed meeting and SQL targets.
•Tailor outreach to each prospect’s goals and business model; articulate Wing’s value in offloading repetitive work and increasing capacity and revenue.
•Partner with Account Executives to schedule calls, meetings, and demos, and ensure smooth handoffs that convert into opportunities and closed-won deals.
•Conduct discovery to qualify fit, pain, and timing; map stakeholders across Operations, Marketing, and Executive teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 40,000 - 50,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6 months–2 years of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, D2D, inside sales, or similar).
•Confident on the phone and in writing with ability to articulate value.
•Reliable home/remote work setup with discipline for a high-volume desk.
•Comfort with high volume; 50+ touches per day.
•CRM discipline: clean data, updated stages, notes usable by AEs.
