Job Summary

Lead the company’s overall strategic leadership, growth, and long-term success as the senior executive partner to the President & CEO. Own executive oversight and accountability across all major functions while empowering functional leaders. Drive business development and capture of federal, state, and commercial opportunities, steer key strategic negotiations, and provide executive guidance on finance, pricing, legal governance, risk, and compliance to scale mature, scalable federal services.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the principal executive partner to the President & CEO and participate in all major strategic decisions.
•Establish long-term corporate strategy, organizational priorities, and growth initiatives; foster a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
•Lead business development and strategic growth, including identifying/pursuing new opportunities and relationships with government and industry stakeholders.
•Lead or advise on the company’s most significant negotiations (prime/subcontracts, teaming agreements, partnerships, joint ventures, and disputes).
•Provide executive leadership for finance, pricing, corporate strategy, legal governance, and executive oversight across major business functions.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
•Minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible leadership experience, including at least 7 years in an executive/senior leadership role.
•Demonstrated executive leadership experience in the federal government contracting industry.
•Proven success leading organizational growth, business development, and strategic planning initiatives.
•Strong understanding of FAR, DFARS, federal procurement processes, and federal contracting compliance requirements.
