•Own delivery and execution for the Site Reliability Engineering tooling team, ensuring feasibility and alignment with existing product architecture.
•Plan and organize sprints, establish timelines and milestones using project planning tools, and identify dependencies early.
•Track team velocity, allocate resources effectively, and coordinate alignment across stakeholders to prevent bottlenecks.
•Contribute hands-on by applying design patterns and coding techniques and participating in code reviews to maintain quality.
•Ensure monitoring and observability for owned services meet SLIs/SLOs and partner to track and publish post-deployment product metrics.
