Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end product strategy for patient engagement experiments, including the test-and-learn infrastructure and scaling AI-outreach solutions.
•Define requirements and write detailed user stories with business rationale, requirements and success criteria defined by measurable outcomes.
•Collaborate with analytics, data science, and engineering teams to design experiments, manage high-velocity tests across multiple channels, and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
•Develop short- and long-term roadmaps that deliver maximum value with minimal risk and iterative improvements.
•Own APIs (internal and third-party) that provide insights into patient outreach usage and outcomes, and ensure reliability of experiments through feedback loops with QA teams.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services industry, or a SaaS product.
•5+ years managing A/B testing programs in patient/consumer engagement, preferably in healthcare or digital health.
•Experience optimizing agentic AI or conversational AI performance (prompt engineering, dialogue optimization, voice/SMS agent tuning).
•Proven track record managing high-velocity test programs (10+ concurrent tests, weekly launch cadence).
•Experience with healthcare data and SQL/PostgreSQL familiarity; understanding of EHR data integration and data standards (FHIR).
