Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with sales and the solution architect during pre-sale to understand each prospect’s EMR environment, workflows, and requirements.
  • •Own customer implementation by building project timelines after signature, sequencing dependencies, and securing firm go-live dates.
  • •Lead customer kickoffs and serve as the primary point of contact for implementation status, proactively communicating progress and escalating risks.
  • •Guide EHR integration workflows, including FHIR and custom API implementations, across Epic, Cerner, and athenahealth and third-party platforms.
  • •Coordinate HIE Delegation of Authority (DoA) processes and partner with engineering and data governance to validate data flows and configurations.
