Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Director of Project Management in managing new and existing client relationships, driving new revenue through new work and contract renewals.
  • •Lead bid teams and coordinate proposal generation, including attending client interviews to present service offerings.
  • •Provide weekly updates on project status, initiatives, staffing, and any issues or conflicts, while supporting candidate interviews.
  • •Perform financial management using standard spreadsheets and accounting tools, including tracking margin levels, forecasts, and ensuring accurate, timely client invoicing and follow-up on receivables.
  • •Provide effective line management for assigned staff and lead a small project management team responsible for planning and executing infrastructure projects; oversee project managers from other companies and liaise with municipal authorities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a field related to construction; graduate degree preferred.
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a project management role in the construction industry.
  • •Experience effectively managing client accounts and developing strong client relationships.
  • •Experience managing teams of individual project managers and supporting staff.
  • •Strong understanding of the construction project life cycle and major infrastructure projects or programs.
