Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising.
  • •Conceptualize storyboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with brand objectives while maintaining visual consistency and technical quality.
  • •Oversee motion production from concept to delivery, ensuring efficient workflow and troubleshooting animation/rendering/VFX issues.
  • •Develop reusable templates and motion design systems to streamline production across projects.
  • •Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams and mentor junior motion designers; present concepts to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field.
  • •5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production.
  • •Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro; Cinema 4D and Blender are a plus.
  • •Strong storytelling, timing, and visual composition skills.
  • •Ability to lead creative direction and guide teams toward impactful visual outcomes, supported by a portfolio/showreel.
