Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed store sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives and optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure engagement with customers by providing a friendly, easy-to-shop environment and building client relationships daily.
  • •In partnership with leadership, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, supporting action plans and growth opportunities.
  • •Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives throughout the store.
  • •Execute front and back of house procedures, assist with shipment processing, and support visual merchandising, replenishment, and store cleanliness and safety.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferred 1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
