Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale finance transformation programmes across process, data and technology.
•Act as the senior day-to-day client relationship holder, managing CFO-level stakeholders with confidence and building long-term trusted advisor relationships.
•Shape transformation roadmaps and future-state finance operating models from initial diagnostic through to implementation.
•Oversee redesign of core finance processes including R2R, P2P, O2C and FP&A, ensuring solutions are practical and built to last.
•Lead delivery of cloud ERP and EPM implementations, automation programmes, data platforms and AI-enabled analytics solutions.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in finance transformation, including significant time in a consulting or advisory environment.
•A strong track record of owning and delivering complex, large-scale transformation programmes—from diagnostic through to sustained adoption.
•Senior client relationship experience, with the confidence and credibility to advise at CFO and C-suite level.
•Deep expertise in ERP and EPM platforms, process re-engineering, operating model design, and data and analytics.
•A proven ability to lead, develop and inspire teams, including managing performance and supporting career progression.
