Key Requirements

  • •Associates degree in a technical discipline OR two or more years of machine/mechanic experience OR one year First Solar technical experience (OR 6 months First Solar Associate EMT experience with EMT proficiency rating of 5+).
  • •Verifiable electrical/electronic and mechanical knowledge.
  • •Verifiable hands-on troubleshooting/repair skills.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot equipment and process issues on the manufacturing line, with good written and oral communication skills.
