Key Responsibilities

  • •Support communications needs of corporate functions (including C-suite, Investor Relations, Sustainability, and global media relations) with timely, high-quality messaging aligned to business priorities.
  • •Lead and execute integrated communication activities across multiple platforms and channels, including executive messaging, change initiatives, and thought leadership.
  • •Cultivate relationships with key media, monitor external landscape insights, and use them to inform communication planning, messaging, and reputation management.
  • •Track and measure communication effectiveness using established metrics, providing recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and impact.
  • •Partner with Global Communications and business stakeholders to deliver consistent messaging, advise leaders as a trusted communications advisor, and translate complex topics into clear communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 8-10 years of external and internal communications experience, preferably in global or manufacturing environments.

  • •Proven experience advising executives and senior leadership, including media engagement and crisis management.
  • •Exceptional copywriting skills across multiple formats and channels; fluency in spoken and written English.
