Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily site operations and supervise labor, materials, and equipment movement to ensure proper distribution and adherence to project costs and budgets.
  • •Coordinate with subcontractors and workers to carry out activities as built for major elements of work.
  • •Monitor and control the latest valid drawings and ensure work is completed based on approved shop drawings, method statements, and Behavior-Based Safety (BBS).
  • •Perform corrective actions and remedial work as instructed to minimize rework and meet company quality standards.
  • •Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures during work hours, report risks to the site engineer, and support HSE initiatives and incident reporting/resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience with 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • •Knowledge of project construction scope and objectives.
  • •Strong knowledge of project safety programs, including occupational health and safety and environmental policies and procedures.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
  • •High school diploma in any related technical certificates.
