Key Responsibilities

•Drive end-to-end growth initiatives across assortment, traffic, conversion, and seller performance using data-driven problem solving.
•Lead strategic projects and experiments including promotional mechanics, subsidy programs, flash sales, and platform growth initiatives to improve GMV, conversion, and ROI.
•Analyze user behavior, marketplace trends, competitor dynamics, and business performance to identify growth opportunities and define actionable strategies.
•Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments, ensuring rigorous measurement and statistically significant outcomes.
•Partner cross-functionally across category, operations, product, search, campaigns, and regional stakeholders to drive execution and alignment.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in any related major.
•Experience working across categories, cross-platform channels, and cross-functional teams to drive assortment growth.
•Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, performance optimization, or growth initiatives.
•Structured, hypothesis-driven thinking with strong quantitative comfort to make decisions using both intuition and data.
•Excellent verbal and written communication to articulate business strategy and resource requirements.
