Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive the end-to-end vision and strategy for the Enterprise Observability platform (MELT).
  • •Own observability portfolio evolution to ensure a cohesive, scalable, future-ready ecosystem for engineers and SREs.
  • •Set product strategy and roadmap, including build vs. buy, rationalization, vendor strategy, and platform consolidation decisions.
  • •Identify and incubate next-generation capabilities including AI/ML-driven observability, intelligent alerting, and automation, and align integrations with AIOps, incident management, and cloud ecosystems.
  • •Lead and develop a team of Product Managers and communicate tradeoffs and outcomes to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Salary: USD 144,250 - 256,250 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of Product Management experience with strong platform, infrastructure, or developer product background.
  • •3+ years of experience leading and developing Product Managers.
  • •Experience defining product strategy across multiple tools or platforms, not just a single product.
  • •Strong understanding of observability systems and telemetry (logs, metrics, traces, events).
  • •Experience working with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
