Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and oversee country-level controllership activities across Greater China, covering legal entities and branch operations.
  • •Drive controllership governance, accountability, and compliance across US GAAP, IFRS, local statutory/regulatory requirements, and Eaton policy.
  • •Partner with global, regional, and local finance and business leaders to set controllership priorities, governance plans, and risk mitigation actions, providing insights for senior leadership decisions.
  • •Lead Greater China legal entity simplification and governance initiatives, including restructuring, liquidation, integration, branch optimization, spin-offs, and carve-outs.
  • •Oversee finance planning, budgeting, cost management, forecasting/variance analysis, transformation and digital initiatives, and lead, coach, and develop the Corporate Finance team.

Key Requirements

  • •MBA or a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (preferred).
  • •15+ years of controllership/accounting experience leading complex multi-entity finance governance, statutory reporting, audit, and compliance.
  • •Deep expertise in Greater China statutory reporting and strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
  • •Proven experience partnering with senior finance and business leaders on strategic initiatives, organization restructuring, transformation programs, or business investments.
  • •Working knowledge of Taiwan statutory regulations is considered a strong advantage.
