Key Responsibilities

  • •Properly secure loads using strapping (no tarping)
  • •Ensure accurate and timely delivery of freight and handle customer product returns when required
  • •Manage proof of delivery paperwork and complete trip reports
  • •Perform daily safety checklists and required DOT inspections
  • •Maintain an electronic logbook and communicate customer issues professionally, including directing unloading when required
