Key Responsibilities

  • •Review registration requests from the R&L request site and systematically assign cases for processing.
  • •Validate employee data and supporting documentation required for the FINRA U4 registration process.
  • •Identify missing, incomplete, or expired information and follow up with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
  • •Coordinate with the Disclosure team via manual email communication for review and clearance of applicable cases.
  • •Maintain accurate registration records, track pending items, and ensure processing aligns with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

Key Requirements

  • •18 to 48 months of work experience as an individual contributor.
  • •Strong written and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • •Good logical reasoning and strong communication skills (including verbal) for stakeholder follow-up.
  • •Ability to interpret emails and process registration-related information accurately.
  • •Knowledge of Wealth Management and Investment Products; able to work under pressure and adapt to changes.
