Key Responsibilities

  • •Be responsible for the complete documentation package delivered to clients, ensuring timely provision of high-quality technical information.
  • •Prepare and maintain technical documentation, ensuring standards compliance, effective training, and alignment across teams.
  • •Oversee documentation quality to guarantee adherence to rules and specifications and ensure compliance with internal processes.
  • •Proactively engage support functions and other departments to obtain necessary documentation.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with design engineers, welding engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to support improvement initiatives and implement ISO/ASME responsibilities in the quality system.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical writing, or a related field.
  • •Experience preparing and maintaining technical documentation.
  • •Knowledge of quality management systems and compliance requirements.
  • •Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO and ASME.
  • •Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
