Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer employee benefit programs for clients, ensuring accurate processing and high-quality service delivery.
  • •Process benefit transactions and respond to benefit-related inquiries within agreed timelines and service levels.
  • •Review, update, and analyze documentation needed to process benefits (e.g., plan rules and internal specifications).
  • •Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on insured employees and benefit activity.
  • •Manage daily work queues and email inboxes, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and insurers for enrollments, terminations, and changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or similar).
  • •At least 1 year of experience in similar roles and/or service-oriented positions (benefits, insurance, shared services, BPO, customer service, or operations).
  • •Knowledge or strong interest in employee benefits and benefits administration.
  • •Solid process management mindset, comfortable working with procedures, documentation, and SLAs.
  • •Advanced Excel skills (SUM, AVERAGE, IF, basic lookups) and strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
