Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the “voice of the customer” for OI facilities from point of sale through on-site delivery.
  • •Manage multiple sales orders concurrently and keep customers updated from production schedule through delivery.
  • •Coordinate kickoff/turnover activities with scope and paperwork completion, and align scheduling with the “Customer Ship Date” in AX.
  • •Provide direction and oversight across engineering, production planning, transportation, procurement, and accounting for assigned projects.
  • •Prepare change order proposals, manage required submittals/approvals, and proactively resolve obstacles to protect schedule and compliance with contract documents.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; Civil Engineering preferred.
  • •3+ years of Project Management experience.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage several large to small, complex projects concurrently.
  • •Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • •Experience within the construction or precast concrete industry.
