Experienced Habitats Regulation Assessment (HRA) professional leading and growing the HRA capability across UK Nature Services. Provides technical direction and quality across project- and plan-level HRAs, develops standards, tools and QA frameworks, mentors staff, and supports strategic growth, bids and client engagement.

•Act as technical authority for HRA across WSP UK
•Lead delivery and review of complex HRAs

•Extensive experience in Habitats Regulation Assessments (plan and project level)
•Strong knowledge of UK Habitats Regulations and case law
•Experience leading projects and supporting others
•Background in ecology or a related discipline
•Ability to develop standards, tools, and QA frameworks and lead strategic growth
