Job Summary

Own the Major Incident process within Invesco’s availability management function—driving critical incident coordination, communications, and investigations. Ensure IT services meet agreed service levels, maintain reporting/OKRs and service documentation, and continuously improve stability using ITIL/COBIT-aligned practices. Lead people-management activities, partner globally with Problem and Change Management, and collaborate with Infrastructure and Applications to optimize uptime, reliability, and incident frequency/duration.

•Take ownership of critical Major Incidents, coordinating with resolution teams and managing effective communications.
•Ensure technology services meet agreed service levels and support availability management processes.
•Lead and chair investigations, meetings, and conference calls during incidents.
•Maintain up-to-date reports, OKRs, and key documentation; drive continual improvements to stability and service delivery performance.
•Manage escalated complaints/feedback and lead personnel activities including performance assessment, training, mentoring, and recruitment.
