Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee multiple engineering teams responsible for transforming large data inputs into enriched data powering the core product
  • •Define and communicate the full‑stack architectural vision and roadmap across product, operations, and design
  • •Partner with product managers, operations managers, designers, and customer success to design and deliver scalable functionality
  • •Grow and develop the engineering team with a high hiring bar and structured career progression
  • •Implement processes and technologies that optimize velocity, including AI tools and large data pipelines

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical field
  • •5+ years of managing managers experience
  • •10+ years of engineering leadership, including building large-scale customer-facing products
  • •Technical depth in operations engineering (or similar), big data pipelines, and AI/ML
  • •Experience building products using AI/ML
