Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a trusted finance business partner to senior leaders across Sales, Marketing and Operations.
  • •Translate complex financial data into clear commercial insight, recommendations, and actions.
  • •Own store P&L reporting, use performance trends to identify risks and opportunities, and assess performance across stores, regions, promotions, and wider initiatives.
  • •Lead preparation and challenge of weekly forecasts, and support annual budgeting, strategic planning, and longer-term commercial forecasting.
  • •Develop financial models, scenario analysis, and business cases; improve commercial reporting and develop self-service tools, including automation opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Fully qualified accountant with an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
  • •Strong and demonstrable background in commercial finance, FP&A, or senior finance business partnering.
  • •Proven experience influencing senior commercial and operational leaders, providing constructive challenge, and holding stakeholders accountable.
  • •Strong financial modelling skills with advanced Excel capability, plus experience managing forecasts, budgets, scenario analysis, and business cases.
  • •Experience improving processes, enhancing reporting, and introducing automation.
