Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead process technical support for existing and new downstream refining accounts from pre-planning through post-job analysis.
  • •Collaborate with Service Delivery, Sales, and Technology to design technical job programs, including risk mitigation and performance optimization strategies.
  • •Provide on-demand technical support for process applications and recommend chemical treatment program improvements.
  • •Build relationships with key customer stakeholders at corporate and field levels and identify value-creation opportunities.
  • •Conduct annual technical audits/health checks and support incident reviews, investigations, corrective actions, and job hazard assessments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Chemical Engineering preferred.
  • •Minimum 15+ years of downstream refining experience, including 10+ years in refining process applications.
  • •Strong knowledge of crude process units, related chemical technologies, digital tools, and applicable industry standards.
  • •10+ years of field, operations, or application support experience within refining process technologies.
  • •Ability to work independently while collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
