  • •Manage and control performance and capacity of external fulfilment logistics providers (3PL).
  • •Monitor and analyze customer experience and operational performance; maintain and develop KPIs and SLAs with 3PL.
  • •Conceptualize, design, and implement forward-thinking solutions to address supply chain and logistics challenges with a focus on efficiency, speed, scale, and predictability.
  • •Collaborate across teams to gather and define business requirements and tailor solutions to supply chain and logistics operations needs.
  • •Create and present documented business cases for approval and provide ongoing project management; collaborate with systems teams on capability roadmaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations (Industrial/Mechanical) Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Professional fluency in English.
  • •5+ years of experience in logistics operations and 3+ years in e-fulfillment.
  • •Strong working experience and relationship with fulfilment service providers (3PL).
  • •Ability to work full-time onsite at the fulfilment center.
