Job Summary

Lead day-to-day operations for TikTok Shop EU Fulfillment Operations in the UK, managing 3PL performance, capacity, and service KPIs/SLAs while monitoring customer and operational metrics. •Manage and control performance and capacity of external fulfilment logistics providers (3PL).
•Monitor and analyze customer experience and operational performance; maintain and develop KPIs and SLAs with 3PL.
•Conceptualize, design, and implement forward-thinking solutions to address supply chain and logistics challenges with a focus on efficiency, speed, scale, and predictability.
•Collaborate across teams to gather and define business requirements and tailor solutions to supply chain and logistics operations needs.
•Create and present documented business cases for approval and provide ongoing project management; collaborate with systems teams on capability roadmaps.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations (Industrial/Mechanical) Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Professional fluency in English.
•5+ years of experience in logistics operations and 3+ years in e-fulfillment.
•Strong working experience and relationship with fulfilment service providers (3PL).
•Ability to work full-time onsite at the fulfilment center.
