Key Responsibilities

  • •Own projects end-to-end and ship with minimal oversight to improve core parts of the Ashby developer and user experience
  • •Optimize the homegrown DSL-to-SQL compiler and build tooling to support developers
  • •Create automated guardrails for the security and privacy of customer data
  • •Help engineering ship features faster with canary deployments, gradual rollouts and feature flags
  • •Define SLOs/SLIs with the engineering team and ensure reliability and performance across services
