Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner cross-functionally to deliver claims-related products customers love.
  • •Leverage LLM and ML tooling (including LangChain and cloud services) to operationalize insights from large numeric and textual datasets.
  • •Build ML models across design, training, evaluation, validation, and implementation.
  • •Lead individual contributors by removing ambiguity and shaping the claims roadmap.
  • •Drive end-to-end solution deployment by conducting data exploration and owning the lifecycle for claims management innovations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 229,900 - 262,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s in a quantitative field plus 7 years of data analytics experience, or Master’s (or MBA with quantitative concentration) plus 5 years, or PhD plus 2 years.
  • •At least 2 years leveraging open-source programming languages for large-scale data analysis.
  • •At least 2 years working with machine learning.
  • •At least 2 years utilizing relational databases.
  • •Preferred: 1+ year experience building agentic workflows and 1+ year experience with AWS.
