•Optimize atom loading and array assembly to improve loading, survival, uniformity, and time to a defect-free array.
•Develop imaging and readout calibration to hold fidelity steady as systems drift, including gate calibration for single-qubit and Rydberg two-qubit operations.
•Automate calibration and operations so systems stay stable and online, including recovery when lasers drift or drop out.
•Diagnose drift, atom loss, and fidelity degradation; define monitoring and recovery for unattended operation and control array geometry.
•Integrate hardware, software, and data pipelines into a unified quantum control stack and provide feedback on usability, stability, and performance.
