Service Concierge, Costa Mesa

Deliver a world-class service-center experience by greeting clients, answering phones, directing inquiries, and scheduling appointments. Manage open service tasks and due bills with timely follow-up, logging activities in the system. Coordinate loaner agreements and work order pre-writes (including signatures and recall/campaign checks). Assist service advisors during vehicle check-in with walkthroughs, intake forms, and photo documentation, and support facility service requests and valet duties as needed.
