Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in TI’s Career Accelerator Program (CAP) with professional/technical training and on-the-job learning from day one
  • •Work with leaders across the company as part of the global HR team to align HR strategies to business goals
  • •Explore HR business partner and specialist roles across recruiting, compensation, development, and employee relations
  • •Support HR activities such as analyzing market competitiveness and developing communication strategies for managers
  • •Contribute to talent initiatives including recruiting/marketing improvements, identifying high-potential talent, development plans, and training modules

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or Liberal Arts
  • •Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA (or higher)
  • •Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • •Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
