Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the schedule lead working with Integrated Product Teams to develop, integrate, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • •Ensure IMS alignment with other key program plans and schedules including IMP, master phasing, critical path analysis, HLF, and lower-level schedules.
  • •Assess schedule compliance and risk; identify opportunities including schedule margin planning and deliver actionable performance reporting from the IMS.
  • •Integrate supplier and partner plans and schedules into the IMS to keep the team operating to the same priorities and rhythm.
  • •Provide quick-turn prospective schedule performance analyses, recovery/alternate scenario planning, and training/mentoring for lower-level employees.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • •5+ years’ experience in program or project management
  • •5+ years’ experience using integrated scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Open Plan Professional, or Primavera
  • •Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) applying DFARS requirements
  • •Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)
