Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve food and beverages to guests while delivering courteous, professional, efficient service aligned with hotel standards.
  • •Prepare and recommend drinks (including classic cocktails) and develop new recipes based on guest requests.
  • •Perform opening and closing procedures for the assigned outlet and ensure mise en place and flawless service.
  • •Monitor supplies and equipment, control stock, perform costing, and reduce spoilage and wastage.
  • •Handle guest enquiries and complaints promptly, follow up with guests, and report issues to supervisors.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years in an F&B service role.
  • •Strong knowledge of beverages including cocktails, liquors, wine, and related items.
  • •Ability to double as a Barista with strong knowledge in preparing coffee and espresso.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with hotel staff and guests.
  • •Ability to operate the POS system and be proficient with Excel and Word.
