•Build strategic sales partnerships with dental professionals through office visits, lunch-and-learns, and demonstrations.
•Achieve revenue growth expectations for dental practices within the assigned territory.
•Sell the Philips Oral Healthcare product portfolio for dispensing or patient use and provide professional product detailing.
•Communicate and apply the science and clinical significance behind Sonicare power toothbrush and Zoom Whitening products.
•Drive professional product usage and brand recommendations (MOR) while meeting/exceeding direct sales targets.

Salary: USD 121,000 - 136,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales (or equivalent) or 4+ years of field sales experience.
•Exceptional written, verbal, phone, and presentation skills, with the ability to quickly learn new concepts.
•Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
•Ability to navigate and leverage CRM and ERP platforms, including Salesforce and SAP, for customer relationships and order processing.
•Periodic travel required to support sales training, trade shows, and industry meetings/events.
