SR OFFSHORE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER

Coordinate and monitor offshore construction activities across all phases—start-up, pre-offshore, offshore execution, and close-out. Assist with deliverables lists, execution plans, engineering document review, techno-commercial analyses, procurement requisitions, material evaluation and approvals, risk assessment, mobilization planning, and weekly progress tracking. Ensure implementation of the project safety plan and HSEMS, support quality audits, manage variation/claims technical inputs, and monitor barge and vessel progress to resolve technical issues.
