Key Responsibilities

  • •Define long-term product strategy and vision for the AI Agent product line using customer research and new technologies.
  • •Lead requirement definition, customer experience design, and product roadmap/prioritization; continuously pitch new product ideas.
  • •Define and own business metrics and OKRs; translate complex processes into technical requirements while managing delivery and operations.
  • •Partner with product leadership to prioritize problems/themes and guide outcomes for sprints and releases across scrum teams.
  • •Collaborate with developers and designers (and UX/Development) to build solutions that meet expected outcomes and market needs.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years working in global/cross-functional software teams in a software product company; SaaS experience preferred.
  • •7+ years of core product management experience building features for internet software products.
  • •3+ years managing AI/ML/NLP/Agentic AI products; prior experience as a data scientist is a plus.
  • •Knowledge of Agentic AI systems including AI Agents, AI Assistants, and AI Copilots.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
