Accounts Payable Specialist

Support SpaceX’s Accounts Payable team with high-volume processing of expense reports and invoices. You’ll match invoices to purchase orders, review documentation and approvals, reconcile vendor statements, and resolve discrepancies. The role also includes responding to vendors and internal teams, coordinating weekly payments, and maintaining accurate Excel reports and records. Onsite full-time in Hawthorne, CA.
